SAFe Whitepaper Design

Challenge:  Department heads and tech consultants wanted high-quality long-form thought leadership documents for promotional purposes to promote technology offerings and service lines.

Result:  New materials enhanced the services being presented and aligned with the global brand in ways that clients found engaging.

How:  Collaborating with the German team, designed a 23-page digital white paper and digital assets. Created the corresponding page on the corporate website’s Insights blog.

Role: Graphic Designer, Art Direction, and Photo Retouching

Employee Handbook Design

Challenge:  The employee handbook was a compilation of various documents from multiple HR managers, resulting in a disjointed patchwork.

Result:  Developed a single, cohesive handbook that reduced page count by 20% which any HR manager could easily update in Word.

How:  By partnering with HR managers to understand their processes for updating the document, completely rethought the project setup. Aligned design to follow the global brand, adding photography and illustrations to maintain visual interest. Recreated charts and graphs so that any HR manager could easily update them, or update the instructional screenshots, while keeping the document intact.
