Valtech Pride Initiative

Social Media Campaign

Challenge:  Valtech wanted to celebrate the contributions of its diverse workforce during Pride Month. As a global organization, it was important to highlight the unique talents of its employees worldwide, ideally in their native languages.

Result:  Every day, throughout the entire month of June (Pride Month), Valtech launched social media posts on a global basis that featured employees from their respective countries.

How:  Working closely with the Global Marketing team and the Global Social Media Strategy team, developed LinkedIn assets, reimagined the "V" logo, and redesigned social media headers for use during June in support of Pride Month. Created social media assets in English, French, Spanish, German, and Portuguese, ensuring that each global market had media with their respective employees.
