Brand Development | Integrated Campaign
Challenge: UNMH was facing difficulties attracting nurses in their highly competitive market. However, they had a unique advantage: they are the only trauma center for hundreds of miles.
Client Result: Online applications increased, and the client loved the fresh new look of the social media. They were so thrilled with the work that they asked us to create web pages, infographics, print ads, and billboards.
Agency Result: Increased revenue into the agency due to the expansion of the project’s scope, adding so many unexpected facets. This was the first time the client expanded a scope in the history of the relationship.
How: After receiving new consumer brand guidelines from UNMH's marketing department, developed a social media campaign that repositioned the employer brand while marrying the updated brand identity. Infused the organization’s personality into the expanded campaign marketing materials, individual web pages, and print and outdoor advertising, reinforcing the recruitment brand. Collaborated with the Content Strategy team to produce multiple assets each week for use across all social media platforms.
