Employer Brand Development | Integrated Campaign Design

Challenge:  Encore Global, a hidden gem as an employer, offers stable careers and growth opportunities for event creatives. The exciting events that candidates could be a part of - or create - made it a rare opportunity. Unfortunately, hard-to-fill production roles remained unfilled due to a lack of brand awareness. For the rebrand and small creative ask, the materials needed to be created in multiple languages.

Client Result: The client was so delighted with the work that the project evolved from a simple website header update and flyer into an omnichannel campaign, including ads, event materials, collateral, and posters. Additionally, there was a noticeable increase in applications for harder-to-fill roles. Internally, employees were excited about the dynamic new look and requested posters for their offices.

Agency Result:  Increased revenue into the agency due to the expansion of the project’s scope, adding so many unexpected facets.

How:  As part of a 3-person team, concepted and designed an omnichannel campaign to showcase both the career paths and the exciting events employees could support. Created career event materials, established visual and typography standards, and ensured brand consistency across all touchpoints. Developed collateral in English and Spanish, and website headers in English, Spanish, French, and German.
